Early this Sunday morning I read a very simply, logical tweet by Robin Sharma. It basically said to set 5 little goals, 5 days a week and your life will be revolutionized in 5 months (or less!).
This sat really well with me as I am a frequent goal setter, particularly in list form. So much so that I am going to give it a try.

This past week was a full one. There were moments of high stress, many moments of learning and most moments requiring flexibility. To top it off, I hadn’t been to yoga in ages… “stuff” kept conveniently popping up just before I headed out the door. My body was starting to feel out of whack. Running wasn’t cutting it anymore. I needed yoga.
That morning I realized nothing can get in the way 8am on a Sunday except for yourself. No one was around to see or care about the silly outfit I had thrown together. There wasn’t any traffic or pesky red lights to slow me down. And when I got there, a big ‘ol parking spot was just waiting for me! I also got to plop my mat down where ever I wanted (near a wall and in view of the mirror) and was able to stretch out as far as I wanted sans fear of grazing another sweaty body.
Sigh. Thank you Edith @ Pure Yoga Ottawa. You helped bring my brain and body back to bliss.
